TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All bookings are subject to availability
• For non-members, booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment
• A minimum rate of 1 hour of your booking will be required as security deposit. This will be refunded to you when the room is returned in its original state.
• For non-members, a minimum of 1 hour booking is required
• Extension of meeting room bookings are subjected to availability and chargeable in 15 minute blocks
• All charges stated are before GST and in SGD currency
• Cancellation requested 24 hours before will not be refundable and cancellation requested 48 hours before will incur a 50% rental charge
