Booking of condo facilities goes one step further with Habitap. Residents can book facilities such as function rooms and barbeque pits using the app and use the same app to control lights, air-conditioning and fans.

    Residents can receive parcels using the integrated smart parcel collection system which provides convenient storage and pick-up even if the homeowner is not at home. The Habitap app will alert users when the package arrives and issue a code to unlock the smart parcel locker.

    Visitors to The Garden Residences will be issued e-invites and QR codes by the homeowners to enter the premises.     Habitap is developing a single, unified mobile application which seamlessly integrates all tenant and visitor requirements. The ALICE app allows tenants and pre-registered visitors the ability to use their mobile phones to gain access to the building. Tenants will also enjoy in-app concierge services and engage the ALICE community through community posts and events notifications. The ALICE app will come fully loaded with a suite of smart office features for smart workspaces, which will allow tenants to fully leverage Internet-of- Things (IoT) for their workspaces. Features include integrated mobile access for offices, smart meeting rooms, hot desk booking and smart lockers to empower tenants to leverage the latest in technology.

    One Raffles Quay consist of two office towers totaling to about 1.3 million square feet of prime Grade A office space, which were purpose-built for banking and financial corporations.   • Keppel Bay Tower

    Project Description

    Keppel Bay Tower’s full-height glass windows offer unobstructed views of the sea, the Marina at Keppel Bay, Mount Faber and waterfront residences. The offices, equipped with a raised floor system, provide greater efficiency in space planning, including large floor plates of up to 39,000 square feet.

    The Keppel Bay Tower App by Habitap showcases a comprehensive suite of features including mobile access control, facial recognition enrollment and access control, visitor management system, an order, pay, and collect feature, digital circulars and notifications, application for building services and season parking, community posts, and fault reporting, all within one integrated app.

  • PSA Livable City

    Project Description

    The PSA Liveable City, an iconic building and development to create an integrated liveable development for “Work, Learn and Play” offering approx. 42,000sqm of office space for PSA’s operations.

    Habitap developed a Liveable City (LC) app, specially designed for staff and invited visitors to enter PSA International Pte Ltd. All users will be able to use the mobile device to tap on card readers to enter the compound. Staff will be able to enter and control meeting room equipment and lighting from the Liveable City (LC) app. Habitap has also deployed facial recognition for both staff and visitors for enter at turnstiles.

  • PSA Terminal Buildings

    Project Description

    Habitap has been awarded the security access control system tender to enable the Liveable City (LC) app to be used for entry into all terminal buildings. All users will be able to use the mobile device to tap on card readers to enter. The project is ongoing and is expected to be completed at the end of 2022. This represents a major win for Habitap as it deploys its full scale access control system.

  • 108 Robinson Road

    Project Description

    108 Robinson road is 12 story commercial development comprising 54,832 square feet of net lettable space. It represents Habitap ONE’s first deployment as a full scale access control system for an entire building, as well as integration to KONE elevators via their cloud API. This project is expected to be completed in 2022.
